Vinyasa Ashtanga Pop-up Classes
Are you looking for a yoga experience that goes beyond exercise? We’re are offering pop-up Vinyasa Ashtanga yoga classes focused on providing tips for personal growth and self-care—elements that are often missing in typical yoga classes today.
Classes will be held throughout the Greater Boston area. Each 90-minute class will feature Ashtanga sun salutations, vinyasa flow, and pranayama.
