I want to show you how yoga can transform your lifestyle in so many ways, and one powerful tool we use is pranayama—controlled breathing techniques that promote relaxation, reduce stress, and help awaken both the body and mind.

One of my personal favorites is Anulom Vilom, also known as alternate nostril breathing. This technique helps restore balance and ensures proper energy flow, and we always make sure to end our classes with it.
