Each 90-minute session will feature sun salutations, Vinyasa Ashtanga flows, and a pranayama cool-down. Classes are only $35.
This advanced-level class is ideal for those with experience in yoga asanas (poses). Designed to offer an authentic experience, this class incorporates Sanskrit including pose names and “Vinyasa counting.” We’ll follow a traditional sequence with 5 Surya Namaskar A’s and B's (Sun Salutation A and B), leading into a dynamic flow that includes balancing postures and advanced asanas. This class builds strength, flexibility, and focus, providing a challenging practice that honors the original teachings. We will end with pranayama (controlled breathing) for a fully integrated experience of body and mind.
