Vinyasa Ashtanga Yoga at the Wellesley Rec Center

About The Class

If you want to deepen your practice and challenge yourself without heading into the city, join me for a Vinyasa Ashtanga class at Wellesley Rec Center.

This class will include a dynamic yoga sequence designed to build strength, enhance flexibility, and restore balance to your mind and body through intentional movement and breathwork—all while honoring the original teachings of yoga.

More than just exercise, this class is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, cultivate mindfulness, and deepen your yoga practice in a supportive and accessible environment.

I look forward to seeing you on the mat!

About Me:

I’m Luna Taylor and I’m on a mission to share the healing power of yoga with others. Yoga has been a cornerstone in my mental health journey—helping me calm anxiety, re-energize, and find balance in my daily life.

The classes are inspired by the yoga I studied during my 500-hour teacher training in India, focusing on mindfulness, breathwork, and movement.

I want to help others on their journey to discover their authentic selves and achieve inner peace.
